Honeybush

Honeybush (scientific name Cyclopia spp.; Family: Fabaceae; ‘Heuningbos’ in Afrikaan) tastes similar to Rooibos, another South African herbal infusion. It is caffeine free and is said its taste resembles black tea. Rooibos and Honeybush have similar nutrients – zinc, copper, calcium, just to name a few. They are both known to help relieve colic, anxiety, as well as easing skin conditions such as acne and eczema.
