How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

Promotional codes and coupons can be applied at the checkout screen. Once the input is made, the discount will be automatically applied to your order.

Do you collect sales tax or GST?

In Australia, sales tax (GST) is not applicable to tea.
However GST is applicable to teaware, gifts, accessories and shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a custom note?

Gift wrapping is available on all Gift Sets and Taster Boxes. It consists of a gift box and ribbon. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button and select the "Gift Wrapping" add-on option.

Custom notes, such as birthday or well wishes can be added to most tea purchases. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button and select the "Custom Note" add-on option.

Will there be any pricing shown on my delivery?

Your parcel will include a packing slip that only shows the contents of the parcel. It is does not show pricing, taxes, or shipping charges, which is particularly helpful when sending our products as a gift.

If you wish to view the the invoice for your order, with the associated costs, please check your order confirmation email or contact us.


What shipping options do you offer & what are the rates?

All our orders are dispatched from our facility in Sydney and delivered door-to-door via Courier or Australia Post. Both standard and express shipping options are available.

We utilise shipping software that provides live quotes to ensure you receive the best rates available on each parcel. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Yes. Shipping to a PO Box will be fulfilled by Australia Post.

How long before I receive my order?

Orders are typically dispatched on the same or following business day depending on the time you place your order.

Average delivery time for the Sydney metro area is 1 business day. Interstate metro areas 2-3 business days, while rural and country delivery varies between 3-7 business days.

Please note that all our tea is hand-blended and hand-packed after the order is made to ensure the freshest ingredients and experience possible. In certain circumstances, including during holidays, sales and product launches, processing/dispatch time may increase.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to the tracking information provided and updated directly by the Courier.

Didn't receive your tracking link? Simply contact us with your order number and we can resend the link to you.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available to the countries listed below. Postage is calculated during checkout and no minimum order is required.

International orders are shipped via registered airmail. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to arrive and note that there may be additional import duties and taxes charged by your country.

We do not take responsibility for any delays / extra cost in your country caused due to quarantine requirements and/or customs departments. We recommend you check your local quarantine regulations before placing your order.

What is your return and refund policy?

Changed your mind? It happens! Returns are welcome within 14 days of purchase. Simply contact us and return your unopened and unused products to arrange a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Please note the customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and the shipping/handling fees of the original purchase is non-refundable.


What sizes do your teas come in?

Package & Size Guide

Both our tea and herbal blends come sealed in food grade, air-tight packages. The packages are re-sealable by means of a zip lock to ensure freshness is maintained after each use. Retail tea packages come in three sizes - 50g, 250g and 500g.

  • The 50g pouch is most suited for general consumption and makes between 15 - 20 cups of tea depending on the tea variety (based on approx 3g / 1 teaspoon per cup). 
  • The 250g pouch is for the more “avid” tea drinker and makes between 80 - 90 cups of tea, or a cup per day for up to 3 months!
  • The 500g pouch is perfect for those that fall in love with a particular tea variety and consume tea as often as we do! A 500g pouch will make between 160 - 180 cups of tea, or a cup per day for up to 6 months! stand up zip pouch sizes


What is the best way to store your tea?

To ensure optimum freshness, we recommend storing your tea in the re-sealable ziplock pouch that your tea came in, or an airtight container; away from sunlight in a cool, dry and odour-free environment. Exposure to these elements can cause tea to deteriorate and loose flavour.

What is the shelf life of tea?

While tea does not have an expiry date, all our teas come labelled with a "best before" date.
Provided the tea is stored correctly, tea can last for up to 12 months without a significant degradation in taste and flavour. Heavily oxidised tea such as black tea can be kept for longer periods, compared to lightly oxidised green, oolong and white varieties.

We recommend that for the best experience and optimum taste and flavour, your tea is consumed within 3 months of opening. Always follow the instructions and guidance on the products label.

While tea comes in many different grades, specialises in delivering a premium product to the Australian market.

Every year our tea specialists sample hundreds of teas taking into account several factors including taste, complexity, freshness, visual appeal and price to ensure our high standards are maintained. We source our teas directly from origin, seeking master cultivars known for quality and hand processing to ensure premium quality and freshness over our competitors. Our premium selections are then imported in small shipments and all our artisan blends are hand-blended, hand-crafted and hand-packaged in house - in Australia, ensuring superior quality control measures.

This is in direct contrast to most other tea suppliers, who source their teas from large, commercial, overseas sorting houses, purchasing large volumes of different tea types and ingredients from only a few suppliers, preparing and packaging the product overseas with commercial quantity rather then quality as the primary focus.

Can I buy your tea in tea bags?

While we do not currently sell pre-made loose-leaf teabags, we do provide a selection of infusion teaware which includes our Self-Close Teabags. Simply place a scoop of your favourite loose leaf tea inside the teabag and fold the opening over the same way you would a pillow case. Our Self-Close Teabags provide ample room for leaf expansion, while enabling you to brew your loose leaf tea anywhere.


I cannot find the tea I'm looking for ...

To maintain optimum freshness of our products, we typically import smaller batches to avoid storing tea for long periods. As a result, it is possible that a tea you have previously purchased is currently out of stock and hidden on our website.

If you cannot find the tea you are looking for, simply contact us and we can source it for you through our partners and cultivars directly at the origin.
