Lemon Myrtle Lemonade

A slight “Aussie” touch with this summer classic. The lemon myrtle softens the sharpness of the lemon / lemonade.

This super simple lemonade is a great party hit that helps the digestion while you indulge in party food ;)

Serve with lots of ice.

Makes 2 cups

  • 2 tbsp Caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Myrtle
  • Juice of half a lemon


  1. Mix all ingredients and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Strain and mix with 600ml chilled water.
  3. Ready to serve with lots of ice. Delish!
